CCZ Equities began trading on 16 June 1999 and Statton Securities, previously John Sweeney and Partners, on 1st November 1967. CCZ Statton Equities is jointly owned by CCZ Equities and Statton Securities, both of which are owned by their principals and staff. The settlement and clearing operations are outsourced to Berndale Securities Ltd, a clearing participant of the ASX and a 100% owned subsidiary of Merrill Lynch.
