Raju Ahmed (Analyst - Industrials) joined CCZ Equities in
March 2010 and brings with him 10 years of multinational experience from
Andersen Consulting (Accenture), Qantas Airways and Deutsche Bank. Raju
is a professional engineer with an Executive MBA, and offers diverse
competencies across strategy, greenfield start-ups, supply chain,
transformation, operations delivery and equities research. At CCZ, Raju
heads up coverage of the industrials sector spanning aviation, engineers
& contractors, infrastructure, logistics, marine, mining services as
well as other emerging businesses.

Alan Francis (Head of Research - Agriculture &
Business Services) has over 18 years experience in the
banking and finance sector. The last 10 years have been in stockbroking.
Prior to CCZ, Alan worked at BBY covering small cap stocks. From 1983
through to 1999 Alan worked in Singapore with his last position being
with Paribas Equities Asia. Whilst at Paribas, Alan was the regional
marine analyst as well as being part of Paribas global airline team. Alan
is Head of Research.

emerging companies. Previously, Darren worked at BBY for 2 years in a
similar role. Before that, Darren worked at Deutsche Bank (London) where
he was a No. 1 ranked European Software and Services Analyst. Prior to
working in London, Darren worked as a Quantitative/Strategy Analyst at JP
Morgan in New Zealand.

Antonia Waddy (Analyst - Gaming & Leisure)
has worked in the finance/banking industry for the last 6 years. Prior to
joining CCZ, Antonia worked in London at ABN Amro Bank. Antonia has also
worked in the Commonwealth Bank's Institutional Banking Division in
Property. Antonia completed the Graduate Diploma of Applied Finance and
Investment at the Securities Institute of Australia (now FINSIA) and is
currently sitting for Level II of the CFA® Program.
